i knew a woman who has had a similar experience would chime in eventually; i can only imagine what they go through... well i guess i kinda know now

i've been just ignoring them up till this point.

i just want to handle it the right way and not lose my membership or get an assault charge

Actually I try to ignore it...the only time it really gets to me is in the summertime on the beach....wearing a bikini...I try and take someone with me to go wash off at the showers....the men stand along this walkway and gawk at you while you just washed the sand off. Thats when it makes me mad! or Steve would handle it.

Next time one is looking....just flat out ask Nish...why are you looking?

THIS IS THE BEST ADVICE IMO. JUST COLLECT YOUR THOUGHT'S, AND APPROACH THEM...I BET IF YOU COULD APPROACH THEM SEPERATLY IT WOULD HELP TO DE-FUSE ANY POTENTIAL PROBLEMS...THEY WONT FEEL THE NEED TO GET LIPPY IF THEIR SEPERATED...I THINK THEY WOULD UNDERSTAND

But on a serious note, Like others said above. I would straight up ask them to not stare anymore, and that it breaks your concentration or something like that. If they still don't stop then you can TELL them what to do period...

lol....you guys crack me up! My w/o partner and I are going through something similar. Onlything is the guy asked us for weight lifting techniques and stares at us at every exercise we do. I think he is just trying to learn since he is a newbie but my partner and I just learned to ignore him.

Get a t-shirt that says "Take a picture... it lasts longer." You could always go with something a tad meaner like.. "stare hard retard" (I so feel like I'm in grade school when I say that!)... Maybe they'll get the hint.

I dunno, sometimes I take it as a compliment when guys/girls stare, but sometimes I take offense too. I guess it just depends on my mood at the time.

I've had that happen before but you should use it as a tool. When I feel people are staring at me I'll listen to something like Pantera, or Limp biskit and pump myself up with it. Let their stares breed anger inside of you, that you can transfer to the weights.

No workout is better than when you are seriously pissed and have high levels of adrenaline running through you. Take it as a compliment, even if they are haters. Just means they are a bunch of jealous beotches!
