        Well, since everyone is throwing out their numbers here's mine....
        410lbs seated pulley rows for 6 good reps.

              The seated row at our gym goes to 290. Last sets are at 290 x 6-8.
              followed by single arm rows with 120 (heaviest dumbell) for 3 x 8.
              I'm also clean. Also, I just turned 48 in Nov. (As if that would count for anything)
              Push it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!
