      huh..i'am clean too..the heaviest at gold is 300lbs for 3 sets of 10..
      plus dumbells rows 160 3 sets of 12.....
      catch up

                      i know this dude at my gym he's real big.. picks up 200lb dumbells and does like 12 to 15 reps rows..crazy.. my arms would fall off.
