He gave us the ability to create abrotion. He gave us the ability to make nuclear weapons. He gave us the ability to use guns as a weapon. I believe God put us on the Earth to have free will and live our life the way we want to. In the end, HE will judge and decide wether we lived our life with the value the Lord intended. If not, you know what happens. As for all the Tsunami's and hurricane's, I think that's the Lord's way of saying "Chill out, or I'm REALLY gonna get mad."

Notice how you said that god gave us free will? That means we all have the ability to make our own decisions. So why is it that others are making decisions for us on whether abortion is right because it's against their beliefs, or that stem cell research is wrong because it's against their beliefs. Does that mean if someone else's religon is different than yours that it should be eradicated or wiped off the face of the planet because you disagree with it? Does that mean that if you don't like hamburgers that it should be banned? I think that government needs to always seperate itself from religon in every way! PERIOD!

As for the thing with the Tsunami's and Hurricane's did you ever think that maybe it's because of the fact that the ozone layer is depleting, which is causing global warming, which then is changing the global climate and the current has changed the weather patterns? Everything has a cause and effect. If you hold a flame under a piece of paper, it will burn. If you throw water on a girl in a white t shirt it gets wet and we see boobies. If we let all of these harmful gases into the air it will damage the planet.

People say that the gases being omitted from cars, factories and such aren't doing as much damage as scientists say. Well take this into consideration; If these gases being omitted can kill people, animals, and plants; If these gases can cause cancer and diseases like that then Why won't these same gases that cause such damage to all the living things of earth, damage earth itself? Earth is a living thing just like people. You think it's god that caused the destruction and I say its the cause of our own stupidity as humans. We need to learn from our mistakes and be better to our planet or the consequences are only going to get worse!

Sure he would be unhappy with alot of the crap we are doing but that doesn't mean other humans have the right to dictate! Doing what's right for the environment is the governments place to step in and say this has got to stop! Religous topics like abortion & stem cell is no place for government!

God gave us free will, so we should have the free will to do what we think is right for our bodies. I don't agree with abortion, but I don't believe it's my place to tell someone else what to do with their lives. So for the government to step in is bullshit! People are going to get them done no matter what laws are in place. Once it's illegal, you'll get alot of dead women, because they got some backalley butcher to do their abortion. So no matter which way you play it, people are going to die.

Another point to the abortion thing is picture this......Your wife, my wife, or whomevers wife gets raped by some big black guy and she becomes pregnant. Should she be allowed to have an abortion? Or should she be forced to have the kid?

Now if she has the kid and both parents are white, people are going to assume one of two things; that the mother cheated, or that she was raped. Either way this kid would be persecuted, and the mother would forever be reminded of the horror she endured.

Lets say they put him up for adoption....Most kids I know that were adopted try to find their biological parents at some point in time. How do you think the kid will feel when he finds out his father was a rapist and raped his mother. That he was the product of a horrendous crime. That he was a mistake. Do you think that kid will take that well and become an assett to society? Or will he take it the wrong way and become a reject of society? So is banning abortion really fair to anyone? Not really. Thats why people should make their own damn choices, and stay out of other peoples business!!

As for stem cell research I think it is absolutely ludacris that people are making such a strong stance against it. They use fetuses that are going to be discarded, so why not use it to save peoples lives. People say that, It would be playing god. Not really because if God seriously meant for someone to be dead, then he will make sure they are dead. I'm sorry but noone will ever convince me that a doctor, can overpower the creator of heaven and earth. A lot of times the unexplained happens, and I guarantee stem cell or not, if he wants you, he will take you! So why not allow the technology to advance to possibly save people when they really need it?

If God were walking the face of the earth today, what do you think he would say? How would he react to everything in the news? How would he react the gays vs anti gays? Personally, I think God would be sad. I think he would say "YOU are not the judges nor the jury. I am the only judge. Live by my words of 'love one another'. Let he who lives without sin cast the first stone. If not, let me do the job of judging, and everyone else just keep your traps shut." Of course I don't think he would say "Keep your traps shut", but I do think he would be very disappointed in the way some people feel they are doing his word justice by holding their Bibles in the air and yelling "Homos and fags are evil and are all going to hell". I think he would cry at the thought of cloning, stem cell research, and gays vs anti gays. Any other thoughts?

I think god would be disappointed. He gave us intellect and reason to survive and so many of us disregard it to believe in him. I don't think he intended on so many of us to fall victim to faith. He doesn't want us to observe him through faith. He wants us to use the minds he gave us to reject irrational, imaginary beings and their desires of bigotry. Live and let live.

I do not believe God would be pleased with everything that is happening now.
Not to say that is'nt some wonderful and good things happening.
I am not an advacte for abortion,but that is a personal choice. Funny how everyine that is for abortion has already been born.
Stem cell research should not be funded by the government. Private research companies should do their own research. Why not use the t cells from discarded umbillical cord blood? They are more plentiful,will serve the same purpose,and should not cause as much contraversary

abortion is murder..period. you take an innocent life. to make assumptions about how a child may react later in life is ridiculous. To say a child might not be happy with their situation later in life to justify ending their life before it starts is beyond comprehension. I am proud that South Dakota is fighting to overturn Roe v Wade. Only in cases where the life of the mother is in jeopardy, should it be considered.
