i had all 4 of mine removed---the operation was done by 9:30am i was eating a cheeseburger by noon---no problems what-so-ever--and for a $50 copay that saved me close to 2K--i should have sold the script to someone no that i look back on it--i would have made my $50 back

Got all 4 of mine (5 years ago, I think) removed. Man my jaws feel alot more mobile. My doc said he had to remove a 70 year old woman's wisdom because they were causing infections and it broke her jaws. Something to think about.
You know they said a side effect was that you could loose your taste sense, permanantly. I thought that would be pretty cool - never get tired of chicken. Came out tasting though.
you probably wouldn't be able to smell though if you couldn't taste, right? (that would be a donwfall)
Good luck bro

Well at 11:15 I got the IV drip, started sucking on the gas, and the next thing I remember it was 12:45 or something. Didn't start to hurt until around 2, popped a vic and floated away 'til 6 and feel much much better now. No thumping in my head or nothing. I hope I won't need any more of the pain killer - it's cutting into my gym time. Since I had to switch to liquid diet I've lost like 9 lbs (since Sat). Thanks for the positive word.
