got into fight last nite. some dude pushed down a girl that my buddy was with. it got ugly. it happend right between my frat house and another one. Laid a few dudes out but im paying for it today. my hand is swollen and i cant move it. lol.

next day, no hand problems...

i trained a lil muay thai this summer. I always end up in fights im real big on respect and have a short fuse when it comes to crossing that line. ill grow out of it. i boxed for 3 years when i was in high school.Badasz1@Hushmail.comComment

I guess you've never taken an elbow, have you? lol
Think of all the little bones and joints in the hand. So many things that can go wrong there. Now look at your elbow, big bone, one joint and comes a point form. People that know how to strike from a short distance will usaully ko their guy or severely open him up. Elbows are hard, compact and can come with some serious force without getting damaged. The only thing thats ever happened to my elbow was hitting the funny bone on the button, my hand went numb for a good 15 seconds..thats it and i train with it all the time...Comment
