      well for bicep this is what i do:

      straight barbell
      z curl
      incline dumbells
      hammer
      cable from top or sometime dumblell concentration(knees)

          meso1: he does straight bar, and incline dumbells, than machine curl wt drop sets .
          example: 100 to 80 to 60 to 40 all of em to failure(2 sets of those, and meso1 usually say: keep em flexed, flex em all the time)

                  my arms were pumped that i could not move, only veins were out....it felt good and i was crampin up while i was sleeping and yes we didnt throw up like him...
                  well he threw up coz of the damn eggs right b4 the gym....

                    It was our first workout of many to come and Big Mikey is wide enough to eclipse the sun. I enjoyed it because we can definitely learn a lot from each other....oh yeah, he repped 315 lbs. on the free weight flat bench with a bad shoulder.

                    The bodybuilder whose training style that I admire the most is the 'Blood n Guts' man himself Dorian Yates. I base my training on his and incorporate the knowledge that I've gained by studying the anatomy and function of muscles while studying Kinesiology at the Univ. of Maryland. Here's the workout with description and explanation:



                    I. Standing strict straight bar curls.
                    Swing dancing is played out because strict form will stimulate both heads of the biceps the most. This is your mass exercise. One warm up and three sets of 6-8 reps should do. If you cannot straighten your arm at the bottom, the weight is to heavy. My hands are about shoulder width (or slightly wider). I allow my elbows to travel forward just slightly and I lower the bar back into the starting position.


                    II. Incline dumbell curls
                    With the bench set at 60 degrees I grab dumbells heavy enough to only allow 6-8 strict reps. I curl both dumbells at the same time and not unilaterally to avoid twisting. This incline allows me to get a great stretch and work the biceps to the fullest range. If you're concerned with peak, avoid curling the dumbell all the way to your shoulder and stop where you feel the maximum contraction. Hold this poistion for a sec and then lower slowly. I do 3 sets with no warm up.


                    III. Macine Preacher curls
                    These I pump to get that final blood surge into the biceps. Form can be a little looser and rep range is higher. I try to get at least 12 reps during this drop set and then for the last 3 reps I hold the contraction for at least 3 seconds. 3 sets should do, if you make it that far.

                    *I flex in between every set to really get that pump going.
                    Let me know how it works! 9 sets is all you need. Every now and then I throw in a set of hammer curls.

                        ^bump.... i ahev been working out with meso1 for about 5 months now and he is definitly the real deal....tons of knowledge and i have seen the most changes in me since i have had the great Privilege of training with him
