    weekend with big_mikey and Meso1

    Saturday was very cool ...went to the gym with big_mikey and Meso1 and hammered the heck out of our chest and bi's...

    was cool to see the two big guys pushing each other mikey learned some new ways of doing things that he said and i Qoute "mikey likey likey" and he got meso1 to blow chunks after doing crazy weight on incline dumbells

    all in all it was great to hang out them guys mikey and meso1 are very motivateing.

          he made to the end then once we went to change he walked away and then lost it ....but in his defence he a ate huge steak after we left

                LOL.....YEAH IT WAS FUN AND FOR REAL SNICKERS LOOKED VERY HARD THIS TIME..LAST TIME I SAW HIM, HE WAS PUFFY LIKE PUFF DADDY(ME) AND NOW HE GOT THE HARD LOOK.. AND MESO IS SHORTY AND FUCKING FREAKY, AND HE IS DENSE LIKE THERE IS NO 2MMROW..AND WELL SEPERATED,LEGS ARE MASSIVE
