If it is cronic Fuzz, id suggest seeing a gastrologist. About 4 or so months ago my wife was having pains in her stomach area and alittle burning. She went to a gasterologist and he scheduled an endoscopy where he will put you under a local anestisia. They take a small scope/camera thru the mouth and will look at the linings of the esophagus and in the stomach wall areas. He found a few small ulcers, and large amount of vessels, that he cleaned up with a laser. Then he put her on 300mg ed of Zantac. In a month or two, he did another endoscopy to see if they had lessened and although they did get much smaller, he lasered them again and now she has been taking Zantac 300mg twice ed for a month 1/2. He said they are very small now and next month he will do a third endoscopy to see if they are gone and that will be it. If it is indeed an ulcer, most of the time it has nothing to do with what foods you are eating or drinking. It is a bacteria that causes it. Also for now avoid Motrin/Ibuprophin or asprin, it can irritate an ulcer. I suggest you see a gastrologist. Taking Zantac without knowing if it is an ulcer or self medicating without treating the ulcer will not have that much effect.
