Where do you all get your joint supps - Glucosamine etc?
Just wondering where everyone is going for glucosamine, MSM, Chondritin.
I just want to get good quality supps since my joints have been aching a lot lately. Figured there would be a lot of people on this board to help me out, I never had to use before so I don't want to waste the time and money on crap.

GNC has these packs taht you take twice a day, they have glucosamine, MSM and Chondritin in it and like 3 other supps. I have to say its working quite well, my next solution will be some deca

I can vouch for dpsnutrition.com. Very good prices and a wide variety of supps. However, I do not take joint supps. If my joints hurt that my body telling me I need a break, not I need supps. I rest for a week or switch to lighter sets for a couple weeks, but I dont' ignore the fact that the symptom is the result of something that needs to be addressed. That thing is usually resting the joint. If you have severe pain then you might need to take a longer break.
