      Sorry to hear about your back Fuzo.
      I have been down the same road. Herniated L5 and C1. Did not have to have surgery to get them back. Orthopaedist put me on anti inflamatories and muscle relaxers.
      After a few painful weeks, everything was better.
      Now just ahve to be careful about some types of lifting, but am back to approx.97%
      Push it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!

      Take nothing I say as serious, What do I know, I sell water!!

        That will go away when the swelling does. The cervical vertebre are much easier to deal with than the lumbar, just be glad it's not one of those. It would be much worse. IMO
        I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
