    HERNIATED DISK

    WELL MY C5-C-6 HERNIATED AND BULGED. 3 PINCHED NERVES SOME CALCIUM DEPOSITS AND A LITTLE WEAR AND TEAR. DOC GAVE ME SOME MEDS. WENESDAY I GO GET A EPIDERMAL SHOT. IF THOSE 2 THINGS DONT HELP SURGERY. DOC SAID NO PROBLEM ZIP BANG BOOM ALL BETTER.

      NO AT WORK LOADING A PLANE.WE WERE LOADING CATAPILLAR PARTS A TOTAL OF 5000LBS PLUS 1000LBS OF MAIL AND 200 BAGS

                man, i say fuck it and just get the surgery. those surgeries are so routine nowadays that its better just to get it done than to mess with meds that will only cover whats really going on inside.

                      Sorry to hear that bra, yeah its true about havin' to pull slack too. I feel your pain, I sprained my back doing squats and after I got some X-rays I found out what my back problems are,..im missing an L-4 disc. My doc told me if it isn't giving me "real problems" then dont worry about surgery. Just be sure to take care of it cause you dont want subluxation to set in.

                            You don't NEED surgery. I have a bor who's a former Physical Therapist and he does this manipulation to get buldging discs back in place. However, if the swelling is bad it will take time before they will go back. I've seen him do it but I can't explain it to save my life. AND, you need to ice the shit our the area before trying it to get teh inflamation down to a minimum. I guess it all depends on how bad it is. I've heard of a lot of bros never being 100% again after those surgerys. I'd ask what the recovery %'s are and get a couple more opinions before going under the knife. IMO I'd rather exhaust every option I can and leave surgery for last. The calcium deposits, are those bone spurs? Nothing you can do about those. I've got em too.
                            I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
