  • Year round clen...

I keep hearing about year round clen use to keep lean. I want to know, are people doing the 2 days on/2 days off, or the 2 wks on/2wks off? I found that taking 2 weeks off is tooo long to keep what you got form the first 2 weeks. What's the best thing?

so your saying that by keepin your body temp up it will shut your thyroid down as it won't need to regulate body temp? I guess that makes sense but i would liek to see a study donw on it i tihnk your heart would have problems before your thyroid

Ok, so then how are guys stays on year round and looking awesome at contest time. I would think if they screwed up their thyroid they would have a very difficult time getting that shredded. I do know of some guys who seem to use almost year round and they stay very lean. And trust me, these guys don't do shit for cardio. However, I don't want any cns troubles so I won't make that mistake.

I'm not using it as a crutch, but I respect your concern and comments. You did answer my question, the ECA during off times. Me personally, I would never use it more than 6 weeks. I just wanted to know what was better, 2 days on/off or 2 weeks on/off?

I'm sure if you run a search I've ranted on this subject before. Clebuterol a beta-2 selective drug has a 36 hour half-life. 2 days on and two days off will barely clear the drug from your system. Downregulation of the beta receptors would be inevitable.
As far as the thyroid thing commented on in earlier posts... Dieting can lower your t4/t3 levels but will not permanantly effect it. Eating more calories after dieting will quickly bring back levels.

Thank you, that's what I was looking for. A to the point reason why one is better than the other. I'm going off for a while anyways, I just wondered how guys do it. It seems they do it with negative results. I don't want that. Rep for ya bro!

I still would err to the side of dieting... Not hard to stay at 10-14% year rou nd
