Those pics are really cool! To actually be that close to century year old castles and ruins is something i envy bigtime!..Wars were fought, blood was spilled and history was made...simply awesome!

In fact it's not a castle but 2 towers that were used to protect the city of "La Rochelle" from pirates or English boats. They are nearly 600 years old.Originally posted by NATE
