all the new 600's have about 110-125 hp from the crank so to the rear tire your looking at 95-105 and quater mile times in the mid tens, the liter bike post quater mile time in the high 9's so there isnt that much difference... most of it is in the rider. i can spank my guys who have 750's and 1ks becuase i can ride better.Badasz1@Hushmail.comComment

thats what the magazines say, but its a pro driver and not in street mode, the adjustable front end is lowered to not give any play so then can hammer it out of the gate. in street mode 11second pass is the best u can do.. check out the 03 600 shoot out. all are in the 10's i cant find it right now.. ill post a link after pratice.Badasz1@Hushmail.comComment

im not saying a stock bike wownt run 10's. my stock bike will run 9's strapped and street tire. im saying a stock 600 with an avg streeet rider wownt run 10's.Comment

I agree.....its funny people see a 600's times in maazines high 10's and then they see a literbikes time's high 9's and extremely low 10's and they think they are close but .8 of a second is a long damn way apart when your doing 140mph.....I've only seen a couple of guys run in the 10's on a 600 most people are in the low to mid 11'sOriginally posted by phenom01515Comment
