I can never manage to break a sweat on the sucker, but my husband uses it ..he says it helps his back actually...keeps it from acting up on him...I tend to stand on it sideways for inner/outer thigh work...----------------------------------------------------------------

i knew id catch hell for doing it!! i tell you one thing, its like lifting a different kind of weight. its pretty cool. im sore all over now and i think it will do me good to change up the routine a bit.

I PERSONALLY DON'T USE ONE BUT THE BOWFLEX BUILDS CORE STRENGTH BETTER THAN ANY OTHER MACHINE OUT THERE, AND WE ALL KNOW CORE STRENGTH IS A NECESSITY IN BODY BUILDING, WAY TO MAN UP 02."WHERE THE MIND GOES, THE BODY WILL FOLLOW."

IVE GOT IT STILL...AND IVE DONE BOTH TYPES OF WORKOUTS TO COMPARE. I NEVER GET SORE ON THE BOWFLEX AND IT MAKES ME THINKI DIDNT GET A GOOD WORKOUT
IT WORKS THOUGH JUST DIFFERENT. AFTER USING THE BOWFLEX AND BUILDING "STABILIZER MUSCLES" UP - I LIFTED MORE ON FREE WEIGHTS..“Your desire to change must be greater than your desire to stay the same.”

sounds good 02 but you know you will never use 310 lbs. lol I never really liked the movement on the reg bowflex hence why I never got one but never tried the the new version. Good luck with it, change is always good I guess just never pictured you in a dress before but what ever floats your boat. LOL what ever it takes to get you motivated and kicking ass againComment
