    cutting , bulking , cheating , naturally slim, fatass, what did you eat today.

    pudgy is cutting...

    protein bar/water 7am
    yogurt/raw oatmeal/water 10am
    salmon steak/diet coke 12pm
    tuna/mustard/water 2pm

        7 egg whites, 2 cups oats , 2 chicken breast,protein shake,4oz ground beef rice so far still got 3 more meals

              I have 12 eggs every day(2whole), 3 mrp's , 1 meal of chicken and rice ,one meal of lean beef and rice ,1 meal of fish(tuna or salmon) and rice,i have 1 cup oatmeal with raisins evry day,1-2 fruits ,2 cups of vegies(brocoli,caulliflower,carrots).

                Bfkst - 7 whole eggs. 2 slices hawaiin bread, large glass milk.

                Mid morning - 12oz tuna, two slices bread.

                Lunch - same as midmorning.

                Midafternoon - same as the other two crappy lunches.

                Dinner - Protein shake with natty pb.

                Bedtime meal- Chicken breasts, yam.

                  5egg whites 1 whole egg w/cheese on top, serving cream of wheat, cottage cheese, 12 ravioli (SP) and power pro 50. so far. i'm eyeing a 4 oz. steak in the frig now so i might as well include that too.

                      Two glasses of water as soon as I got up
                      Oatmeal w/raisens
                      cup of fortified rice dream
                      1/2 grapefruite

                      tuna on grain bread ~ tomato & lettuce
                      baby carrots
                      cantalope
                      2 glasses of water
                      oj

                      handful of almonds
                      apple

                      I'll prolly have a salad with chicken strips in it tonight, if I eat at all.

                              Breakfast- 5 egg whites,2 pieces of wheat toast,protien shake (2 scoops +flax oil)

                              Mid - protien shake

                              lunch- 2 baked chicken breast, 6 lean ham slices,5 ritz crackers

                              Midafternoon- Protien shake in about 15min.

                              1-2 meals left
