Mikey, just don't say to anyone that their is nothing wrong to the insurance, or accept anything from her insurance and later you get some kind of prob from the injury it wont' look good. About six months ago same thing happen to me and the lady was on the phone and not paying attention also rear ending me, i didn't get hurt that bad though. She was like "Im so sorry" and appoligizing. She got a ticket. Never even got a call from her to pay for anything, and later i got a subpoena for court. She actually fought the ticket and got a pat on the wrist! While i had to go to drs and take off work to get my car fixed. Im telling you Mike, you are too nice, lol!

i understand mick..... but i called 911 and her insurance called me and my insurance called me as well... and her agent came to my house and she took a look at my car and filed up a form and shit adn i'am suppose to get a phone call from em on monday regarding the check

I understand Mike, but her and her insurance co. are not looking in your best interest. Don't accept anything from them untill you get several estimates on the damage, and how about your pain and suffering, hospital stays? Just seems to me like this would be an easy $ in your pocket and i know most attorney's would jump at this case. I highly doubt she would do the same if this situation were reversed. I know your not stupid, but its easy to get screwed over in these situations. She and her insurance are going to act nice as pie until they have this settled in their favor, and after that do you think their going to care about you? You don't get ahead by being nice Mike.

Lol, I guess what iam saying is that you could have gotten 20-30k maybe more out of this easy. All you had to do after the accident is not tell anyone that you are ok and doing fine. Just continue to say you are have headaches, dizzy etc. and you could have taken pics of your head and damage to your car, hospital etc, then went to an attorney and easily sued her and her insurance co. and i know for fact if it was her fault the insurance co. would have paid off, because they wouldn't want to spend extra $ going to court, expecially when their client was at fault.
