Excellent point bro! That job does age a person. What I don't get is the minimum age allowance for a presedential candidate is 35 years old, but everyone who runs is always in there 50's or older. I'd like to see some guy who is very intelligent with integrity, very level headed and about 40 years old. Someone young enough to to relate to everyone. Young enough to still remember his 20's but old enough to be respected by the seniors. Someone who doesn't take shit off of anyone but yet does it so smoothly that you never know what's eating him. Someone who is respected by the all the leaders of the world.

I commend bush for going to war. But I do not agree with the crap that he does within our borders! That administration is totally messing up this country! Then they now made a law where any girl under 18 cannot have an abortion without parental consent. What if the father molested the girl and she got pregnant? Is she supposed to ask him? Give me a freaking break!

There are two kinds of stem cells, those from adult which do not require murder and those from abortions which are murder. I don't care how you slice it. Humans are only inpregnated with one thing, and that is another human. Period. If it's not a baby human then the chick ain't pregnant. There is no grey area on this. Scientists can achieve teh same results from adult stem cell research as they can embryonic stell cell research without killing unborn humans. That's the difference. Well you do realize that Catholics and Protestants are both forms of Chritianity right? And you do relaize that Jews have the same Bible as we do until we get to the New Testament, therefore, all those people, if they are true and obedient to their religion, would agree that life starts at conception as God said in the Old Testament.

I agree with you on this. I might be a Christian and I might not agree with any other religion but I would never support a person who denies someone their right to practice their religion. I don't see any illegal immigrants effecting my job. They only take the jobs Americans don't want. Do you want to work 10 to 12 hour days pounding nails? The fact that all these services are performed at cheaper wages keep our retail costs lower. It's simple economics. Not the other way around.

The only people who's jobs are in jeopardy are people who have no desire to advance in the world. Tell me, what job could you possible have that a person with no ability to speak english could take from you? If you can anwer that question then you might want to think about a career change. You see, I refuse to put myself in a position where anyone can threaten my job security, especially one who can't even speak the language. I own my own business and it required an education, many state exams, and several state reviews to get to where I am. Therefore, I personally secure my future. Let's face it, the only people who lose their jobs to non-english speaking immigrants are people who were too damn lazy to get a higher education or learn a skill. Period. There are no educated people losing their jobs to non-english speaking people, only uneducated ones. That may piss someone off but I don't care because it's true. No, jews are taught what we refer to as the Old Testament, and it states in their that life is started at conception. Jews also practice the 10 Commandments (Moses), which read you shall not kill. Therefore, any Jew who is faithful to their religion should not beileve in abortion. As a matter of fact, show me one religion that practices abortion as part of their religion. Because unless abortion is actually a physical part of their religion then there is denial of religous practice. Period.

Gas shot up because OPEC raised the prices. You do realize that we have no control over OPEC and their prices, right? You do realize that during this war insurgents have destroyed many oil resevoirs, right? This is what controls oil prices, not our presence in Iraq. Furthermore, you do realize that OPEC is not just Arab nations but a collection of countries who decide together how much a barrel of oil will sell for, right?

I'm in Real Esate and I drive a lot, but I don't care. It's an expense that comes with the job. I think gas prices are the least of our concerns. The bigger question is "why aren't we utilizing ethanol for fuel?" It comes from corn and the refining process is much much cleaner than oil. We could grow all the corn here, refine all of it here and supply all of it from here. There would litterally be hundreds of thousands of jobs created from the one thing. Why haven't they done it? Did you know that there have been several ethenaol run motors invented that would perform with just aobut any car today, but OPEC and Honda buy the patents to keep it from happening? Why is that? Because America is in on the oil game too, we make billions and billions of dollars every day off of oil.

I've worked on sites like the NIH in DC and their was probably about 500 illegal immigrants working there. I know that for a fact. If they weren't there the wages would have been higher! I moved down to florida and I literally couldn't find a job that paid higher than $13 an hour! How the hell am I supposed to live on that? So I ended up starting my own company and I do really well now. Point is if I didn't have the business, and marketing skills I have I would have been SOL!

Just because all the guys you knew did it at that job doesn't mean that all of them do it. With that said, there are still much lower drunk driving or accidents caused by illegal aliens than people living here. Am I saying it's ok, hell no! I understand that aspect of it, but only in certain jobs. You have to admit the range of jobs if very limited for illegal aliens because companies have to be able to porve their expenxes. You know that if you own your own company. Every dollar you spend needs to be recorded and if it's in employees then you need SSN#'s for taxes, even if they are independant contractors.

Oh, yea, I know. I do find it interesting about the ethanol. I have a friend from Wisconsin or Michagan (damn, I can't remember) and he says they have ethanol stations there and that it's cheap. He also said the conversion was pretty simple. It's not real cheap if I remember but if the government would force car manufacturers to make a % of cars to run on ethanol then there would be more demand for it. I also understand that it burns much cleaner too which would help the ozone and environment.
