i took this test because i have been looking and thinking of going to see my doctor about me having add/adhd and found this test i scored a 66 and a 70 means you have adult adhd/add i have mild!
Fight it... the meds that put you on are the fucking devil!! i went on them in middles chool... my appetite was horrendous i was dropping weight (which is the #1 reason why i stopped). It also took me FOREVER to finish if you know what I mean... I'll never take shit like that again.
It is better to see a clinical physiologist not a general practitioner to determine whether you have it, then to do a self diagnosis, as there are many symptoms that fall into this catagory that are character to the "normal" person. Maybe you are just bored, lol!...j/k
BTW Byron I bet that quiz was made by a pharmaceutical company lmao.. they probably diagnose 80% of the people with add or something. Trust me the drugs are NOT good

I agree 100%, those pills are nothing more than advertising and twisted tests. You really think we have all of a sudden become to be ADD, or whaterver? 50 years ago people did just fine without that crap. Now, it's all aobut the drugs. The more you take the better. BS!
You don't need that crap and neither do about 90% of the kids on it. 90% of the kids on those drugs have glucose sensitivities. I have seen this first hand with my son and many other kids. You take a calm kid a give him or her sugar or high glycemic index carbs and tell me what happens. They lose focus, they don't listen and they are out of control. What do they give elementary kids for snacks? Chocolate milk and cookies. WTF? Then they tell the parents, "your kids won't behave the last half of the day and we have no idea why. So we suggest you have them looked at." No, take your head out of your butt and learn a little bit about macronutrients and how they affect the body and your neurotransmitters.
People are so quick to diagnose children with ADD and ADHD and it's nothing more than glucose sensitivity 90% of the time. Go look at the studies, there are litteraly hundreds of them. From 2 year olds to middle age adults. They tested their ability to focus, learn and conversate first thing in the morning and then again after a high glycemic breakfast. Over 75% of the participants all dropped significantly in all three levels. And these were normal random people. You take someone with glucose sensitivity and the results were even higher.
Sugar and high glycemic index carbs effect the body negatively no matter how you slice it. They are difficult to digest, they throw your insulin levels through the roof, they can put your neurotransmitters in slow motion or in hyper drive. This is the worst thing you can eat on a regular basis in my opinion. Why? Simple, there is no nutritional value to most high glycemic index carbs. Take minute rice and enriched bread. They actually bleach otu the products to make them white. This process kills the all the nutrients, hince the name "enriched" bread. Well, there's only one problem with this. The body can't absorb most minerals that are added to foods. This is a proven study. Just because they add it doesn't mean your body will absorb it. Most unnatural form of minerals can't be absorbed by the human body. The body is designed to eat natural foods, not enriched ones. So, it responds unnatually to those foods in many cases.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

Lord, make me strong, and let the weak find comfort in my strength.
byron, true story. when my oldest son was young, the teachers pressured us to put him on ritalin. we were young and didnt want to seem like we didnt care about him, but we were way against it. then after taking home the videos about add/hd and doing all the test it seemed like everyone i knew had those symptoms!!! so, we said o.k. (after all we did have insurance) and we filled the prescription. never gave him a pill. i would put them on the counter and tell my boy "if you think you need that, to pay attention to your teacher, there it is." he never took 1. after 2weeks the teachers were telling us how great he was doing, and boy that sure fixed him right up!!! bullshit. i just have no faith in those pills bro! i'd be surprised if you really needed it. oh, by the way, my boy averages all A's on classwork and test's.and teachers have no problem with him, accept he just dosent want to do homework..little shit!
HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!
gp i have the 20mgs adderall so i could study for test and i did better so i also tried it for sitting in class and it helped me out tramedisly thats why i am thinking of going to the doctor because i knew i had it just didn't wanna take the meds but i think with me starting school again and a whole new career and i want to do my best!
Adderall screwed my kid up bigtime. Canada has taken it off the market recently...kids/ adults are having heart attacks and other serious side effects...I would be very cautious with it...
