No, the bleach was with foils!

So:
step 1: lots of foils with lightener (bleach)
step 2: Glaze new highlights to make them "honey Color"
step 3: Glaza again because highlights weren't honey enough

step 4: scream and run out of the place because my hair was orange.

YEP! I got the money back. I have a consult at 1:30 today to get it fixed and then I am going to call your stylist and see if she agrees with the procedure or if I should just wait.

Update:

I called one of the top salons in ATL and made an appt for a consultation for my hair. The lady made me wait for 15 minutes (no biggie) and then she talked to me for 10 (which was interrupted with her helping another client).

She said there is hope with a hot oil treatment (that will strip the glaze) and kerstase shampoo & conditioner ($75 for the products). No biggie, I have used Kerstase and loved them. So I handed the cashier my Credit Card while the stylist was telling me how to use the products (she had to hussle to get to the next client) and I left.

I get back to work and look at the receipt - they charged me $150!!!!!! $75 for a CONSULTATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so friggen pissed!
