I am so pissed! The lady said that if I washed it a couple of times at home the red would come out, so I did....and it didn't. I am going back today to get my money back!Comment

Took my mother to the hair salon few days ago..and some chick really messed her up.. you pay the money and you get screwed over..

If you want pm me i know how to get it out. Is it what you would call pumpkin red? The person you went to must not know too much about color. My wife had the same prob, changing from brown or auburn to blonde. If you have redish tones to your hair this will happen. You have to use a toner or a blond colorant with a base of neutral or violet. I spoke to a Clariol representative and he told me what to do. My wife is brunette now, but if she wants to go blonde i do it.

Mick - that is nice of you, want to come do mine? Actually I was a brown with blonde high lights before...she bleached out more highlights then used TWO red/orange glazes saying it would make me a "honey blonde" I am more like a "pumpkin orange"
This is what I used to use: (see pic)
But I thought I would treat myself and start going to a stylist to do it...3 dye jobs later (none that have made me blonde!) and I am pissy.
My natrual color is dishwater blonde...Comment
