Edvedr - Buck up bro. You'll be back in the gym before too long. I know when I broke my foot a few years back...I still went to the gym. Couldn't hit legs - obviously, but I was able to do some upper body workouts. However, the workouts just weren't the same - didn't have the right feel. Felt clumsy as hell and with a giant cast on my foot I wobbled around like a "weeble wobble". So I took a break completely. The break from the gym was one of the best things that could have happened to me at the time because, when I came back to the gym I was mentally super charged and ready to lift the world. So hang in there bro! The weights will be there when you return.
i ran hgh for the first 6 weeks. i was gonna run it non stop but had some unforscene things happen that made me change plans. the first 6 weeks were the most important cause it was completely new bone.
