    Now that I'm over being sick, my training is back on track. I changed a few things around and so far I'm seeing some good results. I have a meet in June and I'm hoping for a 405+ bench and 600+ dl. I've got plenty of time to make it happen and I'll be sure to post the results when it's done.

        I'm falling apart right now . . . seems like its really hard to stick to my diet and training (sleep is no problem). But I'm trying to piece together a new HIT training program for myself, and m excited about hitting it hard when I find something that works!!!

          I haven't been in the gym for prolly a week now. From 9:00 till noon me and my girl are playin' like a coupla minks. Then from 15:00 till 18:00 im playing soccer or hittin' balls and playing catch with my girls son. Nice feeling being in killer shape running around with my shirt off and seeing all these younger, tired lookin' pot bellied dads giving me the glare. And big grins an stares from the mommies.
          Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

            i skipped gym almost this entire week due to the flu. im much better now, gonna hit a full body workout so i dont feel completly useless.

                yeah, thanks mofo. i did a quick upper body workout just for the pump last night, felt good. gonna do some legs tonight and rest the weekend...go full blast on monday. diet hasnt been that bad.

                    Fit2 - get better soon!!

                    I rack pulled 185 for 3 today - I have never tried to go heavy on that and was amazed I could do it. Now if only I could learn how to deadlift correctly - when I do it JUST the bar feels heavy.
