      I FIND I GET MY BEST WORKOUTS ON THE WEEKENDS MORE TIME TO SPEND AND CONCENTRATE ON WHAT I'M DOING, NOT BE RUSHED LIKE DURING THE WEEK I HAVE MAYBE 2 HRS TO GET EVERYTHING IN AFTERWORK, GYM CLOSES AT 8:30 PRETTY SAD.

        Sorry I haven't posted here in a while:

        I m now on cycle, and my workout has gotten more intense by the day. Today there was 2 guys kept stairing at me like is he going to take a break. I work out by myself, I hit the heavy weights, normally 3 reps of 6-8 times. I have dropped 10lbs sense I posted last. I m sure I have lost alot more fat, but building muscle also. My cardio has also picked up. I run for a solid 25 min, then ride a bike for 10 to cool off. I do legs every monday to get them out of the way. And I have been doing Back routines alot more. Keep it up guys, and post your efforts..

          I have been doing real well, I was trying to cut down a little bit so I dropped about 15 pounds. My buddies who havent seen me in a while said that I looked smaller and thought that I would take offense to it but Ive stopped wanting to be big because I hate the fat face that comes along with it. Dropped from 230 to about 212 or so.

            I m holding around 202, I was 212. Back a few months ago I was 219 and about 8%bf. My goal is to be 225 and 8% or lower.

              training westside barbell with IA. Doing awesome on it. gained 10 solid lbs in the last 8 weeks. huge difference. here is before and after pic. My best 8 weeks ever.

              the before pic is the one on the right. gained 3/4" on arms and 1" on legs.
              improved symmetry and muscle fullness too.

                    Good job WT!

                    My training sucks right now. I had taken a month off, and planned to start up again at the new year. But, work is killing me. I've only been able to do a little cardio - and not very consistently . . .

                      Keep up the good work guys!

                      After a miserable 2004 - I am finally well enough to be in the gym full time. I have taken 2 off days in two weeks - other than that, I am concentrating on leaning down. About to incorporate sprints into my routine to shave off the saddle bags and yesterday, when I had only my sports bra on, I was getting tons of compliments in the gym for my size and definition.

                        Update:

                        Like I have said I m targetting my legs and back! So I m doing those one Sunday and Thursday.... My weight is jumping up I leg pressed 500lbs 8 times, and then 550 3 times. I also worked my way up to 500, but that is a huge jump for me. I normally stay around 400. But today I had motivation, I had energy, and I went all the way. I might not be able to walk tomorrow, but I know I put 110% into todays workout... Hope everyone is doing well. Keep us posted.

                          Was was set back by a sinus infection that turned into a cold then into a cough that lasted 4 wks. Got better about three wks ago and i think i have about one more wk till im back to what i was before it started. I dropped 10-15lbs in weights, but slowly increasing and upping cardio for summer.

                            Glad to hear that you are feeling better. Every friday so far I have been sick and running a fever. By sunday it is gone. Last friday I was on meds and it still didn't help. We will see what tomorrow has in store for me, other than I want be able to walk,lol. It isn't that bad, but I just complain.

                                I am a few weeks out from my competition and I am lifting pretty heavy for upper body with lots of super-sets and tri-sets.
                                Moderate weights for lower body -very high rep, minmal to no rest and a TON of plometrics. I have got to lean these puppies out ..............
