thats horse shit tho cause we had a dd for her we are not the ones who let her drive it was her friend that did
Byron, you are way off. You had them with you when they drank, end of discussion. Let me tell you a little story. I had a friend who had a party at his house in HS. His parents were not even there. A girl drove home and got in a bad wreck. To make a long story short, the parents got arrested for contributing to minors because they owned the house they drank in. If you in any way provided the enviornment to drink or the alcohol to drink or both, you are guilty. Period! That's not bs, that's the law. It's called guilty by contribution. The judge will look at it like this:
How did they get the alcohol?
Where did they get the alcohol?
Where did they consume it?
Who was with them of legal age to drink?
If you name comes up in any of these you are guilty of contributing to minors.
Let me tell you another story. One time when I was aobut 18 we had a party at our apartment but me and my bro went out on dates. When we came back there was a fight so we called the cops. Now, me and my bro wer fine because we didn't drink anything. But, there was a girl who came over to see one of my roommates and she was 21. She drank nothing and wasn't even there for the party. Guess what? She was charged with contributing to minors. The cops told her if she was in a house with minors drinking she should have either taken it away or left the house. Guilty by association.
I like you bro but you have to think worse case situation when you go out drinking and ask yourself if it's worth it.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
thats horse shit tho cause we had a dd for her we are not the ones who let her drive it was her friend that did
Bro, if you think this is shit your sadly mistaken. If a mad parent had daughter in accident and you are 21 this "He said She said" stuff will not hold up. Hell, I have two very good attorneys that would love a case like this. They would make a dirty dish rag out of any story you would come up with. Not trying to flame here, as i know you feel bad, but if you no want to wind up bankrupt, in jail or both, don't mix the two ( girls underage with drinking, drugs or sex).
