Re: i feel really bad cause of this
yes bro...u do...always try to make sure someone stays sober and if someone does not then u stay sober....i have 2 dead friends....2 dead clients....and everyone of my freinds has at least one DWI....my old roommate had 3 and just got out of jail for killing a pedestrian crossing the road....i finally got all my good bros to listen to me....if they are too drunk just call me and i'll get them....i rather go to a bar at 2am instead of going to prison or a hospitol.....let something like this wake u up....don't let it be a funeral

Be very careful! The parents of these 18yr olds could sue the hell out of you. If you are 21 or over they can say you were buying for them. I know if my daughter were 18 and got injured where she was with a guy 21 i would definate take him to the cleaners big time. Consider yourself very lucky if they don't.

byron whether its horse shit or not.....when the people involved are under age they will never get complete blame....they will always look for guys like u to point the finger at....especially if they are daddys little girl....and havin a DD means nothing when the girls were not supposed to drink in the first place

Re: i feel really bad cause of this
Everyone is missing the point. AGE DOES NOT MATTER!!! A dead friend is a dead friend. Whoever was around when this girl got into her car is to blame along with herself. If no one is sober than call a damn cab, it's free. I learned the hard way with a DWI, broken bones, and a totaled car. Although it could have been worse. I could have killed someone. Luckily it was just me and a guard rail. And yes, there have been many times since that I have had friends very pissed at me and even thrown punches because I snatched their keys from them. But you what, they were never angry the next day when they woke up and were sober.
