I like it!
They're all just a bunch of wankers anyway. They receive their education from a 1970's medical encyclopedia - then expect us to put our well-being in their hands. What a bunch of dorks! LOL.
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.
What is bad is taking a week off and stressing about it.
Take it easy and chill out, have faith in that you are now commited to not going back where you were before.
Just make the commitment not to let one week turn into two weeks, that is when you should be worried not now. You've shown two great months of dedication and commitment and a little bit of life got in the way. No biggie their happens.
Your not that guy of three four months ago, have faith in who you are now.
Hoped That Helped
Good Luck
PS-Three surgeries in last 7 years, back training on 3rd day...doing something, cardio etc. light lifting, rather than taking the two three weeks off as each doc reccomended. On each follow up they commented on they could not believe how quickly I healed. Each time I said, "nutrition & supps." Left the training part out, what they don't know won't hurt them.
