Could this affect me guys. I havent worked out in three days, I took the day off Friday, Saturday(cause i worked from 9-5 and was tired like hell), and today(need to work on my research paper). I ve been working out seriously for the past two months not stopping for anything or missing a workout, cause I got my shit striaght from all the partying and going out. Within the past two weeks I gained what I lost in my past cycle naturally with a strict high-calorie and protien diet from 198 to 210. I feel like shit and like a punny bastard when I miss my workouts, I feel like crap honestly. Anyone gone through this. I just freak out cause I know what happend to me when I stopped everything, I lost big time weight and I wont want that again. What do you all think bout this.
