  • Not workng out for 3 days.....

    Could this affect me guys. I havent worked out in three days, I took the day off Friday, Saturday(cause i worked from 9-5 and was tired like hell), and today(need to work on my research paper). I ve been working out seriously for the past two months not stopping for anything or missing a workout, cause I got my shit striaght from all the partying and going out. Within the past two weeks I gained what I lost in my past cycle naturally with a strict high-calorie and protien diet from 198 to 210. I feel like shit and like a punny bastard when I miss my workouts, I feel like crap honestly. Anyone gone through this. I just freak out cause I know what happend to me when I stopped everything, I lost big time weight and I wont want that again. What do you all think bout this.

    I would'nt worry about 3 days at all. First things first bro . That paper is very important I'm sure. Now and for your future.

      I had surgery on thursday, so I've been out of the gym for 4 days now! The doc told me not to go back to the gym for 10 days, but I'll probably go back tomorrow. I feel like I'm shrinking by the hour! I just came off a cycle, AND I'm dieting. That's 3 strikes against me! I know how you feel bro, it sux!!!

          i usually take a week off every 3 months

          spring break, after sprind semester, after summer semester, christmas

          result = freaky mass

          but seriously, its nice to let everything heal up completely for a while

                  lol I know what your saying I get paranoid when I miss a few days to. But actualy its good to take time off every once in awhile. I'm usualy stronger after taking a break.

                    I always take Friday, Saturday and Sunday off. I do this every week. Seems to work better for me and gives me plenty of rest. 3 days i nothing to worry about. But anything longer than that does make you feel like your gonna lose some gains.. hahaha But its all in your mind.. You will be ok bro....

                              Hey guys its been since last Thursday since Ive trained, its gonna be a week tommorrow. My shoudler kinda hurts from doing presses, i think I lifted to heavy, but it didnt seem heavy to me. Also, cause of school TESTS, and my new job that sux, everything threw me off track. I wanna kinda heel from my shoulder to before I hit the weights again. Just dont want to make the pain worst and damage myself. Would it be bad taking a week off.
