Pretty sure there are 7grams of whole protein in one egg white. Have you ever considered buying the egg white powder at proteinfactory it is very reasonable and you won't have to do the work of boiling etc. just add it to your fav beverage or make a shake with rice or skim milk.

I read about this a while ago. I think if the whole egg is 6gms of protein then the whites are about 4.25 gms.
Lol! Sorry about double post. You are more correct than i. I went to grocery today it is about 5gram in one egg white. FUZO you have good deal with all those eggs, aren't you puking them by now? anyway i went to proteinfactory today their product have gone up quite a bit since they changed the web design.
