                      • *My neighbor recently moved in down the road and has five children. Unusually, half of the children are girls. How can this be?

*Gaze at this sentence for just about sixty seconds and then explain what makes it quite different from the average sentence.

*You are at a river. With you are a Chicken, Bag of Grain, and a Wolf.
You have to cross the river in your canoe but can only take one with you at a time.
You can't leave the chicken with the grain. He'll eat it.
You can't leave the wolf with the chicken. He'll eat it.
How do you get everything over and intact?

Take the chicken first to the other side. Go back, get the grain, take it to the other side, pick up the chicken, bring him back to the starting side, drop him off, take the wolf to the other side, then go back and get the chicken

I could be wrong, but it looks to me like this sentence contains all 26 letters of the alphabet!

                            • Take the Chicken over first and leave it on the other side.

Next, take the Wolf across and leave him.

On the way back, brin the chicken along.

Next trip, leave the Chicken where you started and take the Grain across to the Wolf.

Now go back and get the Chicken.
