                  I quit about 3yrs ago. First you will get very unmotivated/tired and the cravings will last about one wk. After about one month it starts getting easier. Once in awhile i still get a craving, but its not from the physical addiction it is more or a mental urge.

                    i know i quit smocking cigs about 6 years ago i had only been smoking cigars 4 mths this time before i decided to quit
