    Similar problem, going on eons.

Few years ago read where the brachilius muscle in the forearm and how it is shaped and formed and attached to other muscles really has an effect on the bicep in a major way.

I can lift pounds and intensity and volume, and all different ways, yet nothing.

Reccomendation was 45 degree on bench facing forward, apparently this position takes the forearm out of equation, obviously then be strict and squeeze, my pounds went down by 60% easy and got incredible burn, kinda like warps preacher curl thing.

    Maybe give it a shot.

Overall bi's are my worst bodypart, just not a big grower not matter waht.

    good luck

I'd say your building them up quite fine. Looks like they're ready for a good peak. Keep eating big and you'll fill them in nicely. Some would love long rounded biceps like that to work with.

Well try different angles to hit your bicep . I usually like goin heavy for arms especially wit standing db curls , db hammer curls . The concentration curls is also good way to get a nice peak =u hit different angles and watch them grow ...I personally like goin heavy ....I remembered a couple times doin arm workouts and driving back home it just hurt(sore) to turn (drive) on the stearing wheel ...thats when u know u had a hell of workout .

agree, i think the best bet it alternate workout every 4-5 weeks and see what works and what doesnt. If something works, keep the exercise and change the others.
