It depends on how technical you are. And how much you know about computers.
If your good with computers, get the X-box. There's so many mods you can do.. you can even install a PS2 emulator that'll let you play PS2 games on your X-box. It's got a hard drive, so no stupid memory sticks and tonnes of room for saved games. You can also install a larger harddrive and copy games directly to the harddrive to reduce load times. X-box live is really cool as well. X-box also has the best graphics.
Honestly, X-box is the way to go.
