Hello to anyone who reads this. I am new to this site and to the whole idea of using supplements. I played football and rugby all my life and my collegiate and intramural playing days are now over. I want to find out what I can take to help trim my bodyfat and cut me up while I diet and work out. I don't know any abbreviations of anything so if anyone actually helps me out I would be extremely greatful!!!
