I 've been told by a freind from this board , wont mention his name that eggs are not bad for cholesterol and thats wrong. Eggs are the #1 to be removed by Docs to any person who has high cholesterol yes its got good cholesterol but for somebody who suffers from HC eggs are terrible. So to my freind :2gunsfiri go read and get your facts straight BRO . I know for a fact cause everyone on my dads side suffers from this shit and eggs have all benn removed for them and now there better...... here is a link to get more info on eggs http://www.americanheart.org/present...dentifier=4547

Do like i do eat the white and one yellow at the time and thats better considerig the white carries all the vitamins..

God gave the whole eggs to eat it, not to take away all the good stuff in it.

from what i heard if your cholesterol is ok ingesting it dosnt effect the level. most people on a keto diet that ingest massive amounts of cholesterol their levels can actually go down

Dietary cholesterol does not and I repeat does not effect human cholesterol levels, that has been proven now so go do some more research on this.
