i think they should make it legal... but also explain the consequences etc...
what they are doing now (usually rich people), is they go to russia, middle east, etc, and pay people ca. $25.000 per kidney.. but because it's illegal they have to do it in like someones house/basement etc (keep it secret) under shitty conditions (dirty equipment and such) and usually the person that ends up selling their kidney is fuked for the rest of their lives.... all that for 25k
israel is the country that buys most kidneys from other countries..... not just kidneys but any other body parts that can be transplanted...
if it was legal, they could do it in a hospital and not suffer all the unneccessary consequences...
While I don't like the idea of people down on their luck potentially selling their lives short... I also think it would mean less deaths for those who need a transplant.
And however you boil it down, if it saves lives it's a good thing.
RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

It's illegal!
I think it should be legal - they do belong to us! Oh, wait I keep forgetting we are the governments property.
I think it's a good idea - your family could make some dough at your death. Or maybe you could take a loan out and use your organs as collateral.

Do you think the government should allow the sale of human organs? Currently it's illegal to sell 1 of your kidneys for example.
And do you think that if Organ sales were allowed, it'd lower the waiting list for those needing an organ?
No, I think it should remain legal.
There are too many people out there who would be easily manipulated by greedy friends, significant others or family members to make some extra cash.
