i think i may have developed tendonitis in my ankle, and i dont know why. the pain around my heel is almost unbearable. it lookz like i might have to stop cardio after 2 weekz. fuckkkkkk

i have it in my left forearm... hurts like a *****.. it's better now almost 3 months after... i also screwed up both my shoulders (had bursitis in both)... damn gear
if u do have tendonitis all u can do is make a pause... only time heals those type of injuries... i tried glucosamine and stuff, but nothing helped... so i took off 3 months... and it feels better now
