how many sets do you perform per body part .I have heard some diferent opinions on this and figured i would put it as a poll.

Hey , i hope i didnt complicate things too much .
I am looking for 2 vores one in the first 5 options (big muscle groups)
and another vote in the last 5 options (smaller muscle groups )
Thanks . me and my bro are trying our own version of HIT
we go 4-5 sets for large musclew groups and 2 for small ones .We do the rest /pause system and failure on everything
