every time i have a heavy workout i always end up puking my guts out... hate it... threw up 2 times today.. the 2nd time nothing came out... my stomack gets upset so easy...

I've wondered about this:
When I asked was stumbling to the restroom several months ago after about 4 sets of squats, the PT at my gym noticed that I was making my way to the restroom rather quickly. He then noticed upon my return that I looked rather miserable. I asked him why that happened, it was apparent that he didn't know for sure, but some punk that wasn't any bigger than my skinny ass said, "Squats work so many muscles at one time, that blood that would normally be used in your digestive system rushes to the many large muscles groups that were just worked, and upsets your stomach."
Sounded like BS to me, but it's always stuck in my head, because I've never heard any other explanation. Could there be any truth to that?leankid@ziplip.com
