My room mate and I just bought a smoker from an outdoors shop.....any of you guys have any recipes or tricks??

what meat cuts are the best??

what other meat can you use.....(deer, moose, fish??)

I love the stuff.....never made it though. Its fukin expensive in the stores!! I figure just buy a big roast and slap it in.

There ya go. Use a hind quarter or shoulder. Use an electric fillet knife to cut it. Put a little cracked pepper and a small amont of honey on it also.

we got 2 bags of hickory chips and 1 bag of cherry chips. It came with a little book of recipes but they suk!!!! I wanna try doing all kinds of meat in it.........including human!! bwaaaaaaa ha haha
