It's legs day and my workout partner and I were talking about how nice the hot-tub was going to feel when we were done.
So then this kid comes up to me (maybe 18?) and starts telling us about how we shouldn't go in the hot-tub because it hurts our gains?
Obviously this was a new one to us... so we asked this kid where he got that from. Basically he said "Cold helps the muscles grow better. That's why in WWE unleased, you see Mr. X (or some WWE guy) jump into a pool of ice water after his workout.
Damn I laughed hard... This kid bases his workout routine off of what he see's in WWE....
