Right now I am presbyterian, but I seem to float easily. Most importantly I must have a church with a pastor who is proactive and one that I can respect...which normally means he has a great sense of humor and is blunt. I also prefer a contemporary service.

My cousin is gay so I have had to deal with this personally. I don't propose to know all the answers, I love him and would never want to see harm done to him. If he asks my opinion, I share it with him and he is my cousin regardless. I love him. I am not the person he is going to deal with on Judgement Day. I can set an example and love him and guide him, but he makes his own decisions. He was raised in a Christian home and continues to follow the religion but is a sinner like the rest of us. How he deals with his relationship with God is only known to him.

I was always taughtt "love the sinner but hate the sin"

Jesus hung around sinners but didnt partake in their sin. My saviour lived a sinnless life.
