Curious as to what sports or pastimes you guys/girls are into apart from body building or weight training?
Did you play another sport previous to lifting that sort of led you to the gym?
I played a lot of Rugby when I was younger, and it was because of that I started lifting when I was 17. I am playing Rugby again now, I also do Brasilian Jiu Jitsu and some other forms of fighting styles ie Muay thai.
