      Melatonin will work. Avoid Tylenol PM, not real good for bodybuilders.

        drink some beers before u go to sleep man, works for me, ooooops thats only when i go and drink the night away. Yup I have that alot bro, there are nights that I cannot sleep at all maybe 2-4 hours. Not to mention when I go to school in the mornings. I go to sleep at 2-3am and wake up at 7:00 am to go to college. Ive tried tylenol and it works but there are times it doesnt and thats when it sucks.
