During my ex's pregancy with my son they originaly thought he might be deformed or have birth defect, ended up being they had the date mixed up so all the charts were off, and me and her had a long talk and we both agreed that we didn't want our child to live a life in a wheelchair or have some severe deformatie. Everyone has a diffrent of opinion but to me if i have am having a child i want to make sure that it atleast can have some remenece of happyness and product life. And to me having a severe birth defect or some sort of deformaty or disease isn't giving a child the ability to have a decent life. But thats always a judgement call and everyone needs to decide on their own.

Like I said, that thought quickly ended when the realities of life set in. Meaning that I'm sure she had a good reason, and often it's not just a simple matter of the baby being a big inconvenience.

Yep it should be cherished, but we see every day people who should not have kids doing unspeakable acts to them I rad about a father who through his newborn daughter out of a 7 story window. Now you tell me what is best for that child to be born or to suffer through life. I still believe child births should be monitored and only allowed to people who are fit to have them. I know its extreme but too many people abuse the right of having kids who should never even come close to having a child.

I almost want to say I agree. Not only b/c of stupid ass people, but b/c of our population! *sigh* It's sad to even have to think like this.

Its terrible to have to think this way but with three children of my own, i can't imagine hurting them the way i hear some people have. In the world today its almost unfair for the child to bring them into the world. When you can't trust cops cause they are molesting kids in the explorer programs, you can't trust teh clergy, and you can't trust the teachers then what are you to do as a parent? Its sucks and its hard and to me thats why i believe that people should always have the right to choose an abortion or not cause at times its better for it not to be here than to suffer through this thing called life.
