I don't mind girls playing with men in golf but that girl did not even qualify for the event. So I don't think she should be playing

I am not for it. I am an avid golfer and dont see the point in it. Next thing you know some no-name on the mens tour will want to play on the womens tour and then all hell will bust loose.

I do think it will play itself out though. I dont think she will make the cut. Not only too much pressure, but she will be using her 3,4,and 5 irons for many approach shots that her competitiors will be using 7 and 8 irons. big disadvantage.

I am all for battle of the sexes, but there is a time and a place for it and this isnt it.

I don't agree with it, but at the same time I really don't care. The way I see it, its a lose-lose situation for the men, because if she beats them, then they got beat by a woman, but if they beat her, then its no big deal, because they are expected to beat her.

But shes playing from the men's tees, so the course will play really long for her, thats what gonna kill her.

This is a huge PR stunt for professional golf.

Poor Vee-Jay (or however the heck you spell it) get's just nailed for stateing his mind. I don't blame him for saying what he did.. it wasn't nice, but it's the truth. I wouldn't want to play with her if she hits 2/3rd of my distance.

If she can keep up with the men, then it's all good in my books.

Interestingly, local news did a survey by picking random women at a golf cource. Almost all said she shouldn't be playing!

The entire equal crap is going overboard, if its the men's tour she shouldnt be playing and thats the bottom line. Not to be a dick, but the reason why women want to play on men's teams are because people actually watch them. You dont see guys trying to play in the WNBA. Although I dont know about Golf, it seems like the kinda sport that guys and girls might be even. If you guys say she didnt even qualify well then this is a huge PR stunt that I couldnt give 2 poops about.

I dont have a problem withit. I do think that a man should be able to play in the LPGA though . Could you imagine Tiger Woods hitting from the ladies tee? HE win every tournement and be the number one woman and man.
