praziquantel

My dogs had hook worms and were treated with praziquantel is a 1 and done type dewormer. Should I be concerned I may have hook worms? I can get praziquantel OTC but it is powder and made for fish ponds. It is pure praziquantel. Should my fish take it? The fish is approx 100 KG

I don't think it would be wise to take the product made for fish ponds. I wouldn't take it. Just make sure you keep the area clean and sanitized where you're dog is and don't walk barefoot through the areas where the dog has gone to the bathroom. If you get a rash somewhere, then get it checked out and they can prescribe you something, but I wouldn't take something that is made for fish solely as a prophylactic.
