    what happened ?

    when I was 16, I broke my arm throwing a baseball.... cried like a little ***** while my dad was telling me that I was a *****! He apoligized after the x-ray...

    second worse, first concerning my life... was when I was 20 and messed up everything around my rotator cuff... this ended my carrer as a picther, and the hopes of houston giving me another offer... damn it! i should have left when I had the chance!

        torn lcl and lateral meniscus, dislocated and separated left knee doing squats. Three surgerys later, and I'm doing squats again. I'm not real bright, but I love doing squats. lol. Oh yeah, always squat in power-racks.

          The most painful? Its kind of embarrassing, I was doing DB shrugs with the 95's.I was holding the dumbells in the front and snatched them up. Well they bangged in the middle , only they dindmake any noise. I pinched my tool in between them. I dropped the weights and hit the floor.Lucky my brother was standing there to add insult to injury laughing at me. Iam getting sick just thinking about it.

            squat in 1999, It was very heavy
            and I did a newbie mistake

            when I went up, I curled my back and then BANG!!!!!!!!!! pain in the lower back, for a month or so....

            my gf was making fun of me

            like ooooooh look at the big lifter.

            three doodoo is back! Hide your women!

                  I've been lucky! Aside from a few pulls and strains I havn't hurt myself.

                  I did drop a dumbell on my toe... the nail turned black...
                  RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.

                  Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

                      i was under a machine doing front pulldowns for my lats and the cable broke and the weight fell on my knees ....150 pds

                        Damn i dont think i want to post that i havent had any injuries other than pinching my fingers between plates.

                        I might be doomed now.
